Exact part needed to change out the old one. Simple and fast checkout. Easy install of the new part on my Cummins 6.7L diesel truck. Definitely will buy again when it’s time to replace it. They threw in a few stickers with my purchase when I opened up the box when it was delivered. Super fast shipping.
I received the CCV Filter to replace on my 2016 RAM 3500 6.7L diesel. I took it out of the box, compared it to the existing OEM filter that I had just removed. It appeared to match up. When I placed it into the cradle compartment, it fit loosely and rocked (see pictures). I pressed firmly down and even tapped it a couple times with my palm. The port o-rings did not make contact with the female port. I took the filter out and checked the o-rings. They were intact and properly seated. I tried again and the same thing. I screwed on the filter cover hoping that would lock the filter into place but it did not. I removed the cover and it was still loose. I decided to place the old OEM filter back in. It engaged right away. It was difficult to remove the first time and would have been difficult to remove the second time. I looked closer at the DD CCV filter and noticed that the end closest to the firewall was warped upward.After putting the old OEM filter back in and closing up the cover, I emailed Doc's that Sunday and two days later (see picture). 5 business days have gone by and I have yet to receive a call or email response. I was excited to be supporting an American family company but have been let down. I was hoping that I would not have to write a review like this but because their customer service has not responded, I felt I must. The DD filter is back in its original box and soon to be in the dumpster. This was my first time shopping with DD and it will be my last.

What’s your shipping policy?
We offer Free Shipping over $99 on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have shipping fees.
Where does Doc’s Diesel ship to?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canada orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle orders in 1-2 business days (Most of the time in less than 24 hours if ordered on a week day). Depending on location, U.S. orders will arrive between 3-5 business days from your order. Canada orders typically arrive within 7-11 days.
What is your warranty?
View our Official Limited Warranty Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer’s requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.
Where is my order?

How do I start a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and it's within 30 days from your purchase you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. Email us and we will email you a return slip. Once filters are received, we will refund your money within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment minus the return slip fees.

Backorders Disclaimer?
Due to the unprecedented times of supply chain disruption, backordered items are a forecast. The items could be shipped out a couple weeks later than the stated date or a couple weeks earlier. We will still print the shipping labels when the item is ordered to be prepared for when we ship out and if you get a notification but don't see tracking movement, it is because the shipping labels were printed.
