WOW. What. A. Weekend.

Our first year at the Ultimate Callout Challenge 2025 in Indianapolis is officially in the books! It’s a premier diesel motorsports competition in Indianapolis, Indiana, specifically designed to showcase the most powerful and capable diesel trucks in the country.  And let us tell you, it did not disappoint. This was our debut year attending UCC as a vendor, and if you stopped by the booth, you already know: we came to make an impression.

From the moment we pulled in, it was clear this wasn’t your average diesel event. Trucks everywhere. Dyno screams in the distance. Drag races firing off. And a crowd of diesel lovers as fired up as we are. UCC is a full-on experience, and being in the thick of it, surrounded by passionate gearheads, was honestly one of the coolest weekends we’ve had.

What is the Ultimate Callout Challenge?

The Ultimate Callout Challenge (UCC) is a by-invitation-only diesel performance competition. It gathers top-tier diesel trucks, builders, and tuners from across the country to compete in a three-day event featuring the most extreme demonstrations of diesel power.

Competition Format

The UCC includes three main events that test different aspects of truck performance:

• Drag Racing – Competitors race down a quarter-mile track to prove acceleration and top speed. Fastest times win.
• Dyno Competition – Trucks are put on a dynamometer to measure their horsepower and torque output. These figures often exceed 2,000–3,000 horsepower.
• Sled Pulling – A heavy sled is dragged down a dirt track. This tests raw pulling power and chassis durability.

Participants must compete in all three events, and overall standings are determined by cumulative performance.

Who Competes?

• Top diesel performance shops, tuners, and private individuals.
• Entry is by invitation, based on prior performance, reputation, or via a qualifying event.
• Trucks are often custom-built, using extensive aftermarket modifications, racing fuel, nitrous oxide, and even dual-fuel systems.

The most rewarding part of UCC for us was the people.

Being able to meet the folks who trust us to keep their trucks running strong was something special. Whether it was longtime customers or diesel fans just discovering Doc’s, every convo reminded us why we do what we do. Face-to-face beats Facebook ads any day.

And for some of our team, UCC was a first—first trade show, first time behind the booth, first time filming media at a diesel event. We learned a ton, we bonded as a crew, and we walked away better for it.

We were pumped to see our vision for the booth come to life. We had a constant flow of folks stopping by our booth to talk trucks, grab gear, and learn more about our parts and maintenance kits. And yeah, we noticed you were loving the merch. Some of the styles flew off the racks so fast we could barely keep up! Don’t worry—we’re bringing even more next year.
