Needed to do trans service so why not do the one stop shop at Docs just had to buy another gallon went with a deep pan and a thermal bypass

Great quality filters! Great prices and most of all amazing customer service! I ordered a filter kit and the box was damaged along with the air filter due to improper packing. Contacted them and within 30 min they responded/apologized and had a new filter on its way to replace as well as insuring packing issues would be looked into and taken care of. Which when I received my new air filter it was packaged neatly and securely. Highly recommend and will continue buying from Docs Diesel!

I placed an order with Docs for routine maintenance stuff. Docs got it boxed up and shipped out in good time. Ups on the other hand decided that Docs was treating me way to good. On the day of delivery Ups decided it would be good to just leave my box sitting out in a complete downpour rain event. Now had they locked on the door to notify my wife this wouldn't have been so detrimental. Upon arriving home from work I noticed a soggy wet box sitting on my walkway. Every filter and box inside had been soaked with not just rain but fuel treatment as well. Apparently Ups is not very gentle with our packages. I notified Docs and without hesitation they shipped all the damaged products a second time. I am not writing this to give people ideas or anything but to let people know that this is a great business that stands on customer service. Thank you Docs for handling this situation and taking care of your customer.

The filter was dented when received. Seems to be working okay as I haven’t noticed any leaking but was a little worried about that when installing.

Packaging was great, all came in one box. They through in some stickers which as any other person that works in construction knows we love stickers. Both air filters fit great, both fuel filters fit great as well as oil filter. The filter plug is a must. I couldn't imagine the mess I would have made on the concrete if I didn't have it.

Brake kit arrived quickly, and was packaged well. The initial look at them appeared well made and clean. There is even (1) package of brake lube that comes with them, luckily because I had forgot to pick some up. All in one package that installed well and I’m sure will last quite some time. I will update with any negative or positive changes happen. Will be ordering front kit soon and will do a handful of pictures for the install.
