Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer’s requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.

Where are your filters made?

Doc’s Diesel has many prominent suppliers with over 40 years in the industry. Doc's Diesel Products are made in Taiwan, China, and USA. Doc’s Diesel Fuel Filters are made in Taiwan. Doc’s Air, Oil, and Cabin Air Filters are made in China. Doc's Diesel Treatment is made in the USA. Not all filters are made the same, as Doc’s uses a unique 3-layer media to ensure peak efficiency.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

Sometimes an email may get sent to your spam folder! So don’t forget to check that. If you need more help, don't hesitate to reach us at sales@docsdiesel.com.

How do I start a return?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, and it's within 30 days from your purchase, you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. To start a return, email us at sales@docsdiesel.com, and we will email you a return slip. Once filters are received, we will refund your money within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment minus the return shipping fees.

What are the terms and conditions for package protection?

Your decision to purchase package protection must be made at time of checkout. It is not selected by default in your cart & needs to be turned on. Package protection can not be added or removed after an order is placed. We ship orders extremely fast so if the package has already been processed, we can not change the package protection selection. If you do not purchase package protection, Doc's Diesel will not be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during transit.

What is covered by package protection?

For as low as 1% of your total order value, package protection safeguards your package from any damage or loss caused by the carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS). The cost structure is as follows:

  • Approximately $1 per $100 total order value. Starting at $1.95 (see below for examples)
  • $1.95 for orders up to $200
  • $2.95 for orders $201-$300
  • $3.95 for orders $301-$400
  • $4.95 for orders $401-$500
  • $5.95 for orders $501-$600
  • $6.95 for orders $601-$700$
  • 7.95 for orders $701-$800$
  • 8.95 for orders $801-$900
  • $9.95 for orders $901-$1,000

How does package protection work?

If a package goes missing or gets damaged during shipping, we will refund or replace your damaged or missing items.Call/Text/Email or Chat with us to start a claim. Phone #: 419-551-6138 Email: sales@docsdiesel.com. Please have your order number handy to aid us in finding your info. We will review and process your claim ASAP. Refunds are directly issued to the original payment method used for the order.

No matter what shipping type you select, we recommend package protection to protect your order. Our 'Free Shipping On Orders Over $99' does not include package protection.

What is not covered by package protection?

Theft is not covered by package protection. If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file any necessary claims directly with FedEx, USPS, UPS and/or local law enforcement agencies. Package protection does not cover shipping delays. We can only provide a refund/replacement if the shipping carrier declares the package as lost. Typically, this occurs if the package has not shown any movement for 15 days, although it may vary from shipment to shipment or carrier to carrier.We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout. If a package is a 'return to sender' to us by the carrier, it can be re-sent at the expense of the purchaser.
