Does Doc's sell filters for gas vehicles?

Doc’s Diesel has a partner brand, Doc’s Filters, built for non-diesel rides. We offer high-quality replacement filters for gas cars, trucks, SUVs, and more through that website. From cabin air to performance engine, oil, fuel, and engine air filters, we’ve got you covered.

What’s your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping over $99 on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have shipping fees.

Where does Doc’s Diesel ship to?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canada orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle orders in 1-2 business days, and most of the time in less than 24 hours if ordered on a week day. Depending on location, U.S. orders will arrive between 3-5 business days from your order. Canada orders typically arrive within 7-11 days.

Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.

Where is my order?

If you have not received your confirmation email us sales@docsdiesel.com so we can get everything sorted out ASAP. If you received a confirmation but no shipment email, we are still working on your order. Don't hesitate to email sales@docsdiesel.com if you would like more information and we'd be happy to check on your order. Please Include your order # in the email.

For Tracking information, it will be in your shipment email. Check the tracking # first or the latest updates. Doc's Diesel, just like you are at the mercy of shipping companies after a shipment leaves our warehouse. If there's been an issue with shipment we will happily work with you to figure out where the order is and what we can do to help. Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

Sometimes an email may get sent to your spam folder! So don’t forget to check that. If you need more help to hesitate to reach us at sales@docsdiesel.com.

How do I start a return?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, and it's within 30 days from your purchase, you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. Once filters are received, we will refund your money (minus price of return shipping) within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment.

How can I cancel my order?

We can help you with that. Just email sales@docsdiesel.com within 2 hours of placing it. Be sure to include your Doc’s order number (starts with DD) so we can find it fast.

Heads up: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays get processed Monday morning. If you order late Friday or over the weekend and need to cancel, shoot us a message—we’ll handle it first thing Monday.

Do you offer a military discount?

PACKAGE PROTECTION

Terms & Conditions

Package protection is optional, but you’ve got to add it at checkout — it’s not turned on by default. Once your order is placed, it can’t be added or removed.

We ship fast, so if your package is already processed, the selection is locked in. If you choose not to purchase package protection, Doc’s Diesel isn’t responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

What is covered?

For as little as 1% of your order total, package protection covers your shipment against damage or loss caused by the carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS).

Approximately $1 per $100, examples below:

  • $1.95 for orders up to $200
  • $2.95 for orders $201-$300
  • $3.95 for orders $301-$400
  • $4.95 for orders $401-$500
  • $5.95 for orders $501-$600
  • $6.95 for orders $601-$700$
  • 7.95 for orders $701-$800$
  • 8.95 for orders $801-$900
  • $9.95 for orders $901-$1,000

How does it work?

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, we’ll refund or replace it. Just call or email with us to start a claim:

Have your order number ready (starts with DD) so we can pull up your info and get things moving. Refunds are issued straight to the original payment method.

Heads up: No matter what shipping you choose, we recommend adding package protection. Our Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 doesn’t include it.

What is not covered?

Package protection does not cover theft. If tracking shows your package was delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to file claims with FedEx, USPS, UPS, or local law enforcement.

It also does not cover shipping delays. We can only refund or replace if the carrier officially declares the package lost. This usually happens after 15 days of no movement, but it can vary by carrier.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we can resend it at the buyer’s expense.
