What subscription plan is best for me?

It comes down to how you use — and push — your truck. We recommend every 3 months for heavy haulers, 6 months for daily drivers, and 9 months for trucks that only see occasional use.

How does my subscription work?

Easy. Pick the part you need. Choose how often you want it—every 3, 6, or 9 months for most items. Wiper blades offer 6, 9, or 12-month options. Set it and forget it.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yep. It renews on its own, so you don’t have to think about it.

How do I access my subscription page?

Click ‘Log In’ from the mobile menu or the top right corner if you're on desktop. Use the same email you used when ordering. Once you're in, click ‘My Subscriptions.’ Got more than one? Pick the one you want and hit ‘Manage Subscriptions.’

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Need to skip, cancel, or reschedule? Log into your account, head to ‘My Subscriptions,’ and pick the one you want to tweak. Quick and simple.

How do I update my billing info, shipping address, or credit card?

Scroll to ‘More Settings’ in your selected subscription. Click what you need to change. A box will pop up—drop in the new info, then hit ‘Save Address’ or ‘Update Card.’

Will I be charged before cancelling my subscription?

Nope. Cancel anytime, free of charge. Just make sure to do it by 12 PM EST the day before your next order processes. Log in, go to ‘My Subscriptions,’ choose the one you want to cancel, and scroll down to ‘Cancel Subscription.’ Need help? Email us at sales@docsdiesel.com.

How much does it cost?

You get 5% off the first order—and every order after that. Shipping is separate and calculated at checkout.

How do I put my subscription on hold?

You can pause it. Log in to your account, click ‘My Subscriptions,’ select your plan, then go to Frequency and choose ‘Pause.’ You won’t be charged while it's paused. You can also skip just your next order under Subscription Settings.

Can I give a subscription to a friend?

Not officially—but here’s a workaround: set it up with their email and address, but use your card. Questions? Hit up sales@docsdiesel.com.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

Nope. You can always do a one-time purchase. But with a subscription, you get 5% off every time and never run out of the parts you need.

When will I be charged?

You’re charged when the order is processed. Subscriptions are charged on your ship date. Want to check that date? Log in and look under 'Subscription'—you’ll see ‘Next box ships on.’

Will I get a reminder before my next subscription delivery?

Yep. We’ll send you an email 3 days before your order is processed and shipped.
