Before I purchased I did some research just like any other diesel truck owner would do. I did come across few videos of your guys oil filters which made me feel uncomfortable putting in my truck so one reason why I didn’t purchase but I still wanted to try your guys product out so I decided to go with your guys fuel filters. Again looked at reviews and had seen that some of your guys customers had received filters completely bare no name on them just bare metal, which again made me feel kinda weird about it. Took my chance placed my order and came when you guys said it would which was awesome, unfortunately I also became a victim and received a bare metal filter with no markings on it. Lucky it’s an easy fix just throw some paint on it that way it won’t rust. I do live in the PNW where we do receive a lot of rain so rust is a high factor. Till this day I haven’t put them in just because it make me feel uncomfortable. You guys go pretty far to put your guys brand out there but missing the final touch to your guys product, can’t really fallow through and give a legitimate product. For this reason I give 2 stars and I feel likes that’s being pretty generous.

The products look and feels like quality Doc's staff immediately took care of the only problem i had with the order even though it was not their fault instead of telling me to call FedEx as Mopar has done when items I ordered from them arrived damaged. I will totally be ordering again and I am going to sign up for subscription service they have to automatically deliver the kits. I was skeptical because Mopar charges 4x the amount and other kits I have gotten in the past from another source ( name of a forest) that simply didn't measure up and I returned and Doc's proved to me that it is possible to deliver quality at a reasonable price.
I recently decided to tackle my own fluid changes on my Cummins truck for the first time. I'd always had oil changes negotiated into my new truck purchases, but since moving, those freebies were gone. A local shop quoted me nearly $1000! I almost caved, but thankfully, I decided to do some research and watch some DIY videos. Seeing both the pros and the "not-so-pros" tackle the job gave me the confidence boost I needed.My biggest hurdle was finding the right parts. In the past, I'd been told I couldn't buy the parts myself and was stuck with the dealership. Enter Doc's Diesel – a game-changer! Their website is incredibly easy to navigate, and they offer pre-made bundles tailored to specific truck generations. It was literally a few clicks and I had everything I needed.Okay, I'll admit, I had a slight hiccup. Thinking I could save a few bucks, I tried to piece the order together myself and accidentally ordered fuel filters for a 2019-2024 instead of my 2018. My bad! I had to reorder the correct 2018 fuel/water separator/filter, but that's on me. I also accidentally bought an oil filter plug tool (not even knowing what it was), and WOW, am I glad I did! If you're planning on doing this yourself, get one – it's $15 well spent and makes the job so much easier.The bottom line? Doc's Diesel is fantastic. Even with limited mechanical skills, you can order everything you need to do the job yourself. They turned a potential $1000 expense into a roughly $250 project and about 90 minutes of my time. The parts were excellent quality, the fit was perfect, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend Doc's Diesel enough for your Cummins needs!
This filter was a replacement ...... REALLY appreciate your "stand up" service in replacing the previous water separator we had purchased (it kept giving us an alert that water was detected in the filter, upon checking it tho no water was in it??) Again appreciate Doc's standing behind their products
Wasn't impressed with my first shipment, as the fuel filter was very corroded at the screw on point. After reporting back to you all with photos, a replacement filter was promptly sent.

What’s your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping over $99 on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have shipping fees.
Where does Doc’s Diesel ship to?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canada orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle orders in 1-2 business days, and most of the time in less than 24 hours if ordered on a week day. Depending on location, U.S. orders will arrive between 3-5 business days from your order. Canada orders typically arrive within 7-11 days.

Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.

How do I start a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, and it's within 30 days from your purchase, you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. Once filters are received, we will refund your money (minus price of return shipping) within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment.
