Been a customer now for 3-4 yrs fast delivery great products. Definitely tell everyone about Docs.
First shipment was under cushioned packed which resulted in crushed box of the filter. Docs replaced the filter after sending pics like expected. Overall expectations were exceeded For Customer Service.
I hate having to leave this review. Like several other this kit did not include enough fluid. Doc's expedited out an extra gallon. That was helpful but I would have preferred if Doc's called out that some customers require additional fluid and have an option to order a 3 gallon. When I was on the phone with customer service I request that they update the listing. This has not happened. The most frustrating part, not only is this an up sell opportunity but this would prepare customers for the possibility that two gallons would not be enough.
It would also be nice if the transmission gasket matched the OEM gasket.

This kit has everything you need. I ordered a 3rd jug because I let my transmission drain on a downward angle on my driveway for about an hour, which required about 11 quarts to fill it back up. My transmission always seems to shift smoother after a fluid change.
Great product for the money will definitely be buying more products from this company.
Parts worked great when putting on and driving seems good but kit didn’t come with enough fluid. Had to order more after doing the service to top all the way off. Truck has stock trans pan and trans cooler as well.
Orederd one on amazon and it didn't work ..... doc filter kit came quickly and worked like a charm...will definitely be doing business with them again!

Filters fit like a glove. After I did the oil filter change I took the truck for a 900 mile road trip with a 5,000lb trailer. Trans shifted noticeably better and ran cooler.

What’s your shipping policy?
We offer Free Shipping over $99 on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have shipping fees.
Where does Doc’s Diesel ship to?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canada orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle orders in 1-2 business days (Most of the time in less than 24 hours if ordered on a week day). Depending on location, U.S. orders will arrive between 3-5 business days from your order. Canada orders typically arrive within 7-11 days.
What is your warranty?
View our Official Limited Warranty Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer’s requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your confirmation email us sales@docsdiesel.com so we can get everything sorted out ASAP. If you received a confirmation but no shipment email, we are still working on your order. How do I start a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and it's within 30 days from your purchase you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. Email us and we will email you a return slip. Once filters are received, we will refund your money within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment minus the return slip fees.
