It was damaged in shipping they had a new one out to me 3 days
So far so good. Installed filter and gasket the other day. Filled with fluid and ZERO leaks. Driven to and from town a couple of times now and everything seems to be working great. Thank you Doc's diesel for putting together a great kit. The only thing that would make it better is a Veteran and/or Military discount/pricing.

Before the shipment even went out , I told him it was the wrong address , don’t expect anytype of communication from the idiot , guy texted me one time saying yea he’ll fix and never did , can’t even receive the product cause I don’t even have it
Order experience was fine came to the house in a reasonable amount of time Then seen where it was from. Didn’t use went to Dodge and bought a factory one at least made in Mexico
I recently did a full service of my 19 HO including the transmission and used Docs AS69RC filter kit. Fitment was good and no leaks, time will tell if the filter holds up but so far my truck is shifting better than it has for a long time.
Wrong filter. Would like to return.
Excellent option for factory replacement transmission filter. New seal and sealed plastic bag for the new filter.

What’s your shipping policy?
We offer Free Shipping over $99 on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have shipping fees.
Where does Doc’s Diesel ship to?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canada orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle orders in 1-2 business days (Most of the time in less than 24 hours if ordered on a week day). Depending on location, U.S. orders will arrive between 3-5 business days from your order. Canada orders typically arrive within 7-11 days.
What is your warranty?
View our Official Limited Warranty Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer’s requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your confirmation email us sales@docsdiesel.com so we can get everything sorted out ASAP. If you received a confirmation but no shipment email, we are still working on your order. How do I start a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and it's within 30 days from your purchase you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. Email us and we will email you a return slip. Once filters are received, we will refund your money within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment minus the return slip fees.
