I was extremely disappointed to see they are made in China. I gave them away. I only use filters made in the USA.

Didnt seal

After putting on new filter and driving no more than 10 miles the filter will not seal. I thought maybe i just under tightened it a little bit since i always go hand tight and then a slight bit more. Tightened it just a little more and it kept leaking. Had to take it off and put one on from a parts store. No more than 25 miles on the filter and its no good. Transmission filter is working flawlessly so far, so I am hoping i just got a bad filter. Sucks i wasted money though

Two for two sucked

Both times using these filters, ended in re changes of oil. Run screaming the other way. These one leaked and one would not flow . Total crap, don’t buy

First oil filter leaked a lot!! I contacted them and had a new one in a few days. AWESOME! But, that one had a small leak also, no matter how much i tightened it.

Made it right

After purchasing an oil filter, the filter blew the gasket, and I lost 2.5 gallons of oil. Once they find out, a new filter and 2 gallons of oil were delivered within 2 days. I went from writing them off to giving them another chance. Thank you for making it right.

What’s your shipping policy?

We offer Free Shipping over $99 on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have shipping fees.

Where does Doc’s Diesel ship to?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canada orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We handle orders in 1-2 business days (Most of the time in less than 24 hours if ordered on a week day). Depending on location, U.S. orders will arrive between 3-5 business days from your order. Canada orders typically arrive within 7-11 days.

What is your warranty?

View our Official Limited Warranty Doc’s Diesel Filters meet or exceed (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer’s requirements. New vehicle warranties stay in effect when Doc’s Diesel filters are installed correctly and in conjunction to engine manufacturer’s recommendations.

Where is my order?

How do I start a return?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and it's within 30 days from your purchase you can return your diesel filters back to us. Item has to be in new condition. Email us and we will email you a return slip. Once filters are received, we will refund your money within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original form of payment minus the return slip fees.
