Brake kit arrived quickly, and was packaged well. The initial look at them appeared well made and clean. There is even (1) package of brake lube that comes with them, luckily because I had forgot to pick some up. All in one package that installed well and Iām sure will last quite some time. I will update with any negative or positive changes happen. Will be ordering front kit soon and will do a handful of pictures for the install.
I was having an erratic fuel pressure issue on my 2001 5.9 Cummins, decided to check my filter and found it was okay but still probably time for a change. I ordered a filter from Docs at a very reasonable price. Showed up 3 days later and wouldnāt you know it, solved my issue. The filter feels very firm and well produced. Excited to see how they last long term but will definitely be buying again!
With changing every filter, oil, and fuel additive I went from 18.4 MPG TO 24.7 MPG. Thank you! Just added my one and only sticker to my truck and rep the tshirt everywhere. Love repoing brands I am behind. Thanks again!
Want to start with I never write reviews, but Docs actually has some dang good filters, heck even their sticker pack actually comes with usable stickers that aināt so small nobody notices them. Ordered fuel filters for my 2016 6.7 Cummins and Docs sent updates for every step of the way so I didnāt have to wonder when theyād get to me, and they shipped to my house within 3 days. Cheaper than the parts store, noticeable quality, and shipped out the same day I ordered em. So overall nothing bad to say and will definitely be upgrading my fleet to all docs filters.
Had to get these filters to replace some crap from ebay.. they were show with and showed up in cummins boxes but the filters are NOT cummins.. there was no making like on the OEM filters in truck. The "fake" filters cause a weird issues.. If the truck sat for more than like 6 hrs and especially over night, when you cracked up put truck in gear either D or R it would not move for like 15 to 30 seconds at times. I had replace the valve body and ask them what was the deal mighty be, but they had NO idea,, I had read some comments on cummins forums the non OEM could allow the fluid to drain out of TQ.. I got the new Doc's transmission filters installed, cranked truck, put in gear. It did take a it bit to move but figure that was getting fluid back in system.. Waited to next morning to check again.. cranked up, put in gear and wala it moved like normal.. OH YEAH.. Was very happy and highly recommend docs to all my friends.

A lot of times you see reviews that say customer service for product is great, but really unless you have an actual real problem, you cannot measure customer serviceI I did have an issue caused by UPS and I sent a quick email to customer service and the very next morning without hesitation. Hi I've been buying your filters for my 2020 Ford f250 supercrew 6.7 Diesel and we just love your products didn't see your website till recently but I believe the prices are the same between yours and Amazon sellers . On our next service I'm going to do a review on your filters and doing service on our truck, we have also been using Ford Motorcraft filter but twice as high and with Ford wanting you to change your fuel filters so soon it makes a big difference in price also we've been running Shell Rotella full synthetic oil 10w30 is your oils as good or better than Shells be curios to know .
